Past Events and Activities
- Philippine Fiesta - September 27, 1980 at the Foster City Recreation Center, a whole day and event depicting the Philippine
culture by way of entertainment, fashion, culinary delights and exhibits. Proclaimed through the resolution of the City Council
as Philippine Day in Foster City. - Philippine Cultural Festival - 1984, a repeat of the Philippine Fiesta cultural presentation co-sponsored by the Foster City Arts
and Culture Committee. - Folk Dance - Participation during annual celebration of Foster City, San Mateo County Fair "Asian Day" and Fashion Show.
- Pasko sa Nayon - December 1992, Dinner and Dance Celebration co-sponsored by Foster City Arts and Culture Committee.
- Participation in the San Mateo County Fair 2000-2003.
- Started FAAFC Tagalog Program for adults and children in 2008
- Published 1st Edition of Filipino Cookbook in 2008 to support PIA.
- Cultural booth and FAAFC Choir participation at the 2009 San Mateo Asian Pacific American Heritage Celebration
- Other annual association social events such as Luaus, Picnics, Christmas parties.
